We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and/or emergencies occur. We will try to move things around and accommodate as much as possible. If you fail to show up to the rescheduled appointment for any reason, you will be charged 100% of that service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may have to reschedule you. We give a 15-minute grace period for most services. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). Any appointments that are rescheduled in less than 12 hours will be subject to a 50% late rescheduling fee. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour (or 48 hours for selected services listed above) notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). When rescheduling an appointment, please give us at least a 12-hour notice.

For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of 24-hour notice *(48 hours for full body contouring, full-set extension, & keratin hair smoothing services). Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. International orders, it may take up 8-12 weeks. Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days.
